Terms & Conditions
1. DEFINITIONS
GMF is abbreviation for ‘GMF MARKETING SERVICES LTD'.
The websites www.ehsanmoradi.com and are associated with Marketing Services Ltd. These terms and conditions apply to both websites.
2. Each adviser can allocate as many postcode areas as they wish. However, GMF reserve the right to limit the number of advisers in particular postcode areas depending on lead volumes generated in those areas.
3. All leads will be dispersed automatically. However, in the event that problems do arise, leads will be delivered to the adviser within 2 hours from the moment of generation. Any leads that exceed this time will not be distributed.
4. GMF will not be responsible for any problems with nominated email address, i.e. email address given on membership/registration form.
5. All advisers must be FSA registered and must provide their registration number on their application.
6. If wished an adviser can put a cap on the number of leads received per month. The minimum cap is 15.
7. An adviser may take a lead holiday for either 10 days or 20 days. If a holiday in excess of this is requested the adviser may loose his allocated postcodes, and would have to re-apply. All holiday requests must be sent via email or in writing to GMF. All holiday requests must be received by ESF 48 hours prior to commencement of holiday.

8. Leads will contain the following minimum data:
(a) Full name, including title, first name and surname.
(b) Postal address.
(c) Email address.
(d) Date of Birth.
(e) Preferred contact number.
(f) Mortgage type, i.e. re mortgage, buy-to-let, first time buyer.
(e) Mortgage amount required.
9. All leads will be monitored for quality purposes and all will include the afore-mentioned minimum details.
10. Normal remittance period will be 7 days after provision of leads for accounts set up on a Direct Debit basis and 3 days for accounts settled by credit/debit card. Direct Debit payment will be processed on a weekly basis. ESF reserve the right to debit payment of leads immediately.
11. The price of our mortgage enquiries are as follows:
All mortgage leads have a minimum price of £40 per enquiry, with the following exceptions:
All remortgage leads will be priced at £55 per enquiry.
All telephone qualified enquiries will be priced at £55 per enquiry.
All adverse remortgage leads will now be priced at £80 per enquiry .
There are upfront costs for the leads and we only take payment for the leads 3 days after they are sent to you.
12. ESF reserve the right to charge an interest rate of 5% per month on any outstanding balances.
13. ESF reserve the right to apply a £200 debt recovery fee if balances are not settled after 2 written requests from GMF.
14. Refund requests must be received by EHS within 5 days of the adviser having been sent the lead. Requests received after 5 days will NOT be considered for refund. All refund requests must be sent to refunds@ehsanmoradi.com, and must contain the lead ID number either in the subject or the email itself.
15. Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
a) Incorrect or incomplete details.
b) Duplicate leads
If contact numbers are correctly registered with Directory Enquiries leads will be deemed chargeable.
16. Any advisers wishing to terminate their agreement with GMF, must give 48 hours notice in writing. If you wish to terminate via email, please address to: terminations@ehsanmoradi.com
17. ESF reserve the right to amend their Terms and Conditions at any time.
