Our research shows that the majority of mortgage brokers do not fully utilise their existing customer base. In order to increase value to the service we provide, we are developing the above program to help our members to maximise the future business potential from the customers that ESF have introduced you to today.

Following a succesful sale from a UK mortgage lead the we have supplied to you, you can fill in a "Future Option Feedback Sheet". This allows you to complete the mortgage review date. Armed with this information, one of our trained staff will contact the mortgage customer a week before the review date and arrange an appointment for you to return to the customer, to see if you improve the terms of their current mortgage arrangement.
